Fall Line Up For Next Summer

But it's practically September and still super warm, so there's really no reason to stop wearing sundresses.

Especially with the Hats

Just some sketches from my favorite decade, fashion-wise.  Why can't we still dress this way, ladies?  No excuses!

Antiseptic Plus Lots of Soap

Been straddling the picture/word fence for a while, but I am, for the time being, firmly planted on the illustration side of things.  And more more more drawing means my pencil-wedged middle finger side-callous is growing more callousy; means I can now officially tear through band-aid boxes and reams of paper faster than a preschooler.  Waterproof tough strips are best.

It Is All Done With Minimal Atmosphere

I did most of these on the plane from Milwaukee to Philly with people trying to talk through my earphones. It Is All Very Symbolic

No Ryan Lee, the boas are not octopus tentacles.  I have already done the tentacles, they are old and soiled and done for and these are all new, new new things.

Two of these were fairly fast but the third one took forever because she was wearing patterns from like three different continents and six different time periods and I really wanted to combine them into a rad devo devastator; they clashed hard and burned six pieces of watercolor paper before I threw in the paper towel.

Oh the fritters of detail.
