And as per our previous convo - bending at the waist is definitely stressful for the lower back, but Dreyer at al. seem to be suggesting leaning forward at the ankles. Does that sound right?
Tried today, easy 5K, felt freaking great, much less strain, and all the 'feeling' moved from knees/ankles/quads to butts and calves. 'No Pain, No Gain' my @$$.
